My wife and I had hired a different agent when we needed to put our house on the market. Almost 3 months later we had zero interest in the house. At this point, the agent chose to get out of the business so we were looking for a new agent. Kendra immediately jumped in, put a lot of time and effort into the house, and immediately started to gain attention for the home. We recently purchased a home and Kendra was our agent. She was wonderful to work with. She has a great knowledge of the real estate market for Dallas and the surrounding area. She listened to what we wanted and didn't want, so our time was very well spent. She has a great relationship with many of the sales people at new developments and pushed to get us the best price possible. Using her portal was extremely helpful as well because she was constantly adding houses for us to look at.
