Kendra was GREAT!!! After requests from our loan processor for the same documents over and over, Kendra elevated our displeasure to the processors supervisor in an effort to keep the closing on track. Though we closed the Monday following the anticipated Friday closure it was not due to a lack of effort on Kendra's part. We had a GREAT experience with Kendra and would use her services again if we purchase another home.

Kendra is absolutely an amazing Realtor. This was our first home purchase, and I needed someone with patience who would hold my hand through the process. She definitely did! We quickly found our dream home, and then Kendra had the misfortune of having to deliver the terrible news that the home that we loved did not have a clean title and we could not purchase it. She then worked tirelessly to find us another home, never complaining when I wanted to see houses that I didn't really like a second or third time. In the end, at the 11th hour, she managed to spot a coming soon sign in the dark! And, contacted the agent, and got us in to see it that night. It was perfect. She then proceeded to relentlessly work with the title company and the lender to successfully complete a 21 day close! I could not have asked for a better Realtor to help us find our perfect home!

We had the pleasure of working with Kendra on the sale of our home as well as the recent purchase of our new home and we were very pleased with the experience. There were four families involved in the transactions and three of these were contingencies which complicated the entire process. Her energy, knowledge and willingness to help all parties get to the finish line (as well as us personally when we could not meet vendors as the house) really showed and were greatly appreciated.
